Parents who are interested in enrolling their children can contact us by visiting the school, placing a call or sending a mail. At Belle Meade School our doors are always open and we welcome you to come along to our setting and experience our learning environment. We will share with you our program timings and answer any questions you may have. We love to meet all prospective families

  • Once parents have expressed their interest, candidates who have filled the application form will be invited by the school for an entrance or placement test.
  • Fee for registration is N5,000
  • For year one and above, admission will be based on a written entrance test.
  • The date and time for the entrance test would be communicated to the parents by the admin office.

To secure your child’s place in Belle Meade School, we require payment of the registration/development fee.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
Mandatory documents for finalizing the admission process include;

  1. Birth certificate
  2. Vaccination card of the child
  3. Report cards of the last two classes attended in the previous school ( for primary only).
  4. Completed forms – Registration forms, Bus transport forms (where applicable), and medical forms.
  5. 2 passport photographs of the child

Once your child is enrolled at Belle Meade School, you will receive a welcome email from the Admin Manager with advice and guidance on how to prepare your child for school, including required items. Information regarding uniform purchases will also be shared. Once registered, you will receive our welcome pack and details about our next parent orientation.

Thank you for considering Belle Meade School for your child! We know that this is an important decision for your family. We are here to help at every step through the admissions process — feel free to contact us at any time with any questions you have.

The best way to learn more about BMS is to visit our setting in person. We welcome you to schedule a visit/tour of our facility and speak with our school representatives. Once you are ready to apply, we encourage you to submit an application early.

For preschool we follow a rolling admissions policy. Children will be assessed to ensure their readiness for learning.

For nursery and reception class, children will be assessed to ensure they meet the school standards before placing them in a class.

Arrangements can be made for the child to spend the day in the school.
